How long does it take to receive my order?

Bev decorates and hand paints each piece to order.  It can take 7- 10 business days from the day that you place your order to the day that you receive your order.  We will try our best to get your item out quickly.  If you need to  rush ship an item, please notify us.  There may be an additional shipping charge added to your order.  Please note that we are located in Pennsylvania.  It may take up to 5 business days for items to reach the west coast.

 

Can I fill out one order form for different ship addresses?

So sorry, but we need a separate order form filled out for each ship address.  There is a flat ship rate of $9.95 applied for each address that we ship your gifts to.

 

What if I spell a name wrong on the order?

Please check and double check your order for the correct spelling and correct information.  Once we kiln fire the porcelain, the writing becomes permanent.  We cannot accept returns on items that have been spelled incorrectly.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. 

 

What if I would like something else written that is not offered on the site or realized I spelled a name incorrectly?

If you need to speak with Bev directly about your order, you can reach her at 610-290-2936 from 10:00 am- 4pm Monday through Friday and 10:00am-2:00pm Saturdays.

If you make a mistake on spelling and the order has not been fired yet, we can fix the error.  However, if the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back as well as return shipping to you.

Please allow 24 hours to respond to questions.

 

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives broken, you MUST keep the original carton and packing materials.  Call us immediately to report the damage.  If you discard the materials, we are unable to process your claim.
